Aim Hire 2026 | Aligning the Engines of Economic Mobility: Education, Workforce, and Economic Development

Please join us on September 29, 2026, from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm as we focus on strengthening pathways that connect Ohioans to in-demand careers and ensure every student can succeed in our rapidly evolving economy.

This year’s theme, “Aligning the Engines of Economic Mobility: Education, Workforce, and Economic Development,” will focus on how stronger coordination across these systems can expand opportunity for all Ohioans. The day will feature dynamic plenaries, engaging breakout sessions, and valuable mentoring opportunities designed to inspire bold thinking, innovative ideas, and practical solutions that can be put into action.
